DealForge pulls comparable sales within a configurable radius and price band, weights by recency and similarity, and produces an after-repair value estimate you can override line by line.

Does DealForge support BRRRR analysis?

Yes. The analyzer models acquisition, rehab, refinance LTV, cash-out proceeds, and long-term cash flow in a single view so you can see whether a BRRRR truly recycles your capital.
